Walking you through our account registration process

1. Add your personal information

To add value to the networking experience, your name, email address, occupation and employer will be shared with fellow attendees unless you explicitly request otherwise. Your mobile number will only be used to contact you in case of emergency but will not be shared with other guests or third parties. You can update the information we hold at any time by accessing your account here.

2. Secure your account

You will need to confirm your email address to ensure we can contact you with your onboarding details. Once you have confirmed your email address, you will be asked to create a password to secure your account.

3. Access our portal

Though we plan to add paid-for membership options in the future, in this initial launch phase, account registration is packaged as free membership. Don’t worry, no card details required. Selecting the only FREE option will allow you to register your account and, importantly, accept our terms and conditions (Acknowledgement of Risk).

  1. Manage data (and health information)

After creating an account, you can log in to manage and change your data. You will also see an option to provide us with health information which is your responsibility and something you agree to within the above Acknowledgement.

  • Medical conditions we should be aware of
  • Medication details
  • Emergency contact(s) information

Once you’ve gained access to your account, that’s it! However, you may want to check back to update your information, change your preferences or add medical information.
