Hayfield – Sandy Heys – Kinder Downfall – Kinder Low – Edale Rocks – Hayfield
The plan is to head past Kinder Reservoir before beginning our ascent of Kinder Scout via a light scramble of Sandy Heys . We’ll then skirt the edges of Kinder Scout before taking our sunset picnic at Kinder Downfall around 19:00. We’ll continue our walk onto the highest point of the day at Kinder Low before beginning our descent back to Hayfield via Edale Rocks. We should be back between 21:15 and 21:30 subject to the terrain, conditions and size of group. A perfect way to spend these extended light summer evenings.
