Hayfield – Sandy Heys – Kinder Downfall – Kinder Low – Edale Rocks – Hayfield
An evening circular route starting and ending in the picturesque Peak District village of Hayfield.
The plan is to head past Kinder Reservoir before beginning our ascent of Kinder Scout via a stiff ascent of Sandy Heys then traverse the edges of Kinder Scout before taking our sunset picnic at Kinder Downfall.
We’ll continue our walk onto the highest point of the day at Kinder Low before beginning our descent back to Hayfield via Edale Rocks.
A perfect way to spend these extended light summer evenings.
