Let’s take a walk through some of Manchester’s often unnoticed green spaces.
We’ll explore the story behind our pocket parks, enjoy some plant therapy, maybe even hug a tree and breathe in the fresh air in the middle of the city. Followed by optional lunch in one of Manchester’s best Victorian pubs.
We’ll meet at noon outside the Science & Industry Museum (formerly MOSI) before taking a one hour walking tour around the city centre. We’ll end the tour at the Marble Arch on Rochdale Road where you’re welcome to join us for some optional lunch – sharing platters with a vegetarian option. Please choose the appropriate ticket.
