Bramhall station – Carr Wood – Happy Valley – Poynton Lake – Poynton Village – Middlewood
Stage 4 will continue our journey from leafy suburbs to open countryside. Once again, for much of Stage 4’s length, this section shares the route of the picturesque Ladybrook Valley Interest Trail. As there is no pub at the end of today’s route, the walk includes a diversion into attractive Poynton village for lunch.
Along the way, Dr Andrew Read, creator of the GM Ringway, will share some interesting facts about the history and nature of the area.
