Disley Sunrise

Welcome to Freshwalks and our latest sunrise walk designed to allow the busiest professionals to join us for some early morning steps and still have the lion’s share of a working day ahead of them.

The plan is to head to Disley, Cheshire which sits on the fringes of the Peak District and provides easy access to Lyme Park. We intend to walk a circular loop, climbing upto the lofty vantage point, close to Bow Stones, which offers splendid views out across the Cheshire plains as well as higher peaks in the opposite direction. We’ll return via Knightslow Wood, crossing through the park and drop back into Disley past the iconic Cage structure. It’s a classic route with the comfort facilities of the Park close by and rugged moorland vibes made very accessible.
